Explanation

  1. At first, looking for a property.

  3. If you like it and want to purchase the property, fill out purchase application( The price is negotiable).
  4. If the seller agree the price, we decide the contract day. On that day, prepare about 10% of deposit money and passport.( You can share the title with your partner).
  5. About a month later, pay the rest of the amount. At same day, the title of freehold will be moved to you. At same time, you need to pay agency fee, judicial scrivener fee and shared property tax. From this day, you can use the property.
